With great pleasure I now give you the 4th issue of the online magazine “e-Finance” which, at the same time, closes the first year of our activity. For us it was a year of first experiences, struggling with the difficulties of being a debutante, but also a year of great satisfaction thanks to the belief that our undertaking has been useful and appreciated.
Recently we have started cooperation with DIFIN publishing house. In this issue you can find its first results in the form of articles by Prof. Turyna and Prof. Grzywacz. In this issue’s index you can also find four articles written by members of Warsaw Investment Group.
Most information in this fourth issue is about banking. There are many interesting works on risk in terms of banking (J.Grzywacz, A. Gemzik-Salwach), banking in on a macro-scale (monetary politics – G. Pietrzyk) and micro-scale (mortgages – A. Szopa). Another very compelling article is about managing commercial banking costs (J. Szczepanik).
Of course we also took up many other subjects, such as analysis of maintaining global and non-global values in two bookkeeping systems – US GAAP and MSSF (J. Turyna) and a review of the legal methods of defense against seizure (A. Szymańczyk).
To sympathizers of a more journalistic style, we recommend a great compilation of investments made by Warsaw Investment Group (M. Chojnacki, A. Łaganowski, J. Mazurek, M. Wegrzanowski).
Enjoy your reading!
